Production & Shipping

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Production is how long your piece takes to make, and shipping starts once it’s finished and dispatched.

Production time

Every piece is made to order, from our London studio. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production.

Once your order is placed, we begin production. If a piece requires casting wax moulds into metal, they are handed over to our local casting house. Toni then finishes by hand: cleaning castings, carving, setting any stones and polishing. If it needs plating, it goes to our platers, and finally makes it’s way to hallmarking to be tested and stamped verifying it's legal purity and quality by the London Assay Office where required. 

Production and its processes vary based on it's design with some pieces made entirely in house and may be ready sooner.

If you need your piece by a certain date, get in touch and Toni will do her best to make it happen. Each stage takes time, and our local partners’ lead times depend on many factors, so we can’t always guarantee a rush.

Repairs, Resizing & Refinishes

We want your jewellery to be enjoyed for years to come. If your piece needs a little attention, whether it's a resize, repair or refinish, please get in touch.

We'll assess your piece and advise on the options available, along with any associated costs, before proceeding. Some adjustments may be complimentary, while others may incur an additional charge depending on the work required.

SHIPPING

We’ll email your tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way.

UK
UK delivery is £3.95, and complimentary on orders over £150. Every order is sent insured and tracked.

International
International delivery starts from £30 via DHL Express. Every order is insured and tracked.

Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no extra charges when your parcel arrives. 

For international orders, import duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout. We arrange payment and ship on your behalf with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so your parcel isn’t held by customs and there are no surprise charges when it arrives.

If you’re asked to pay anything on delivery, please get in touch before you pay, and we’ll help.

Collection in person & pop-ups
We run in person collections. If you’d like us to visit your country, let us know. We currently have one collection window for Hong Kong orders, 5th-10th December 2026.
